Weve is an early-stage Irish cybersecurity SaaS company, backed by top-tier investors, looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to help us reshape how Cloud Security Operations are conducted.

You'll be joining a high-calibre, tight-knit team of engineers who have worked at leading global companies. We're product-minded, async-first, and use all the latest tools.
Work directly with the founder in a glass-door workplace. You'll see, touch and do everything around the product, and be able to expand on areas you're more interested in with time.

Tasks
1. Architect and develop robust backend services that integrate with various security tools and platforms
2. Build and maintain scalable distributed systems, including advanced asynchronous data processing systems that enrich security data using both proprietary algorithms and third-party APIs
3. Implement analytics services that provide actionable security insights from vast datasets
4. Drive product development by understanding customer needs, navigating ambiguity, and prioritising scope reduction over cutting corners in a fast-paced environment
5. Learn how cybersecurity works, engage with security experts, and brainstorm innovative solutions
6. No “brilliant jerks” allowed. We're looking for good humans only
Requirements
1. 5+ years of experience in product engineering with a track record of writing and supporting production services
2. Extensive experience in TypeScript and its ecosystem. Knowledge of Golang, Kotlin, and/or Python is a plus
3. Proven experience developing data-heavy integrations with third parties
4. Understanding of patterns for handling data pipelines and failure-proofing asynchronous systems
5. Knowledge of observability and cloud troubleshooting practices
6. Excellent technical written and verbal communication skills, including with non-technical stakeholders
7. End-to-end hat wearing: Within a talent-dense founding team, every member should be willing to handle tasks from infrastructure setups, troubleshooting hosted environments, frontend and backend application development, tooling configuration, unit and integration testing, solution architecture proposals, product direction participation and customer support
