Job Description:

We have an excellent opportunity for a proactive and professional individual to join our fundraising team in Ireland, as a Fundraising Operations Supervisor. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring excellent supporter care to donors across Ireland. You will implement fundraising and marketing processes, tools, and communications to nurture and grow the supporter base.
About you:
* Higher Certificate in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
* Experience working with supporter or customer data.
* Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
* Experience delivering excellent customer service, managing enquiries from supporters and the public.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
* Experience managing teams, providing motivation, coaching, and mentoring.
* Full valid driving licence.
About the role:
Your main duties will include:
* Work closely with the EU Fundraising Manager, supervise, motivate, train, and support the team to ensure operational resilience and excellence.
* Manage the core team, set objectives aligned with the charity’s goals, and oversee individual performance.
* Manage external relationships with suppliers, including post, payment providers, and printers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and meeting SLAs.
* Provide excellent customer care, developing strategies to strengthen supporter relationships throughout the donor lifecycle.
* Supervise record processing and maintenance in the CRM, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely supporter communication.
* Review and train users on fundraising operations systems regularly.

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract starting as soon as possible, working 39 hours/week, Monday-Friday, at our location in Knockardbane, County Cork.
