Senior Systems Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to oversee the software management lifecycle for all enterprise and critical applications.
1. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain tools and processes to effectively manage the full lifecycle of software applications.
2. This role requires defining external interfaces, constraints, quality issues, and other non-functional requirements.
3. The successful candidate will partner with project managers to complete requirements documentation in accordance with project schedule.
This position requires experience in supporting patient administration systems, electronic medical record systems, cardiology applications, radiology/PACS systems, HL7, FHIR, API integration technologies, and healthcare information technology.
The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of total related experience, including three years in a senior or lead role, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Performing end-user and application support functions, including problem-solving and resolution of application function defects.
* Providing systems and application training.
* Developing and executing project presentations.
* Participating in special projects as required.
This role offers an opportunity to work closely with multiple teams, providing feedback where appropriate, to complete individual and group efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that service is provided to the IT client community, patients, families, and visitors while protecting the integrity and confidentiality of all data and information through physical and electronic measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess relevant skills and qualifications, including:
* Experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
* Experience supporting patient administration systems, electronic medical record systems, cardiology applications, radiology/PACS systems, HL7, FHIR, API integration technologies, and healthcare information technology.
* 5-7 years of total related experience, including three years in a senior or lead role, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
* Degree or certification in information technology, software life cycle management, or significant training in the support and maintenance of enterprise level applications.
