Senior Manager - Adult Intellectual Disability Services
The role of Senior Manager in our Adult Intellectual Disability Services is to provide strategic leadership and operational management of services across five geographical areas.
This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and expertise in workforce strategy, operational governance, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading service innovation and workforce planning initiatives
* Oversight of compliance and stakeholder engagement activities
* Fostering a culture grounded in person-centred practice, quality improvement, and regulatory excellence
* Managing a team of 50+ employees
Requirements for this role include:
* A relevant third-level qualification in Social Care, Healthcare, or a related field
* Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in senior management
* Demonstrated expertise in workforce strategy, operational governance, and regulatory compliance
* Proven experience managing a large team of employees
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
