Unijobs on behalf of our public sector client have a requirement for a Transformation Business Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for oversight and professional support of Grade VI and V staff within the Community Care Record transformation workstreams.
The duration of this post is 12 months initially and location is Flexible/Hybrid working will apply - must be able to attend meetings/workshops as required.
Working 35 hours per week, the successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid an hourly rate of €33.19 per hour based on an annualised salary of €60,613.
You will accrue 30 days annual leave per year and paid Bank Holidays.
*Applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland at the time of application* Role Purpose The Community Care Record Transformation Business Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery, adoption and embedding of the Community Care Record across community services.
The role will provide business and operational leadership across multiple transformation disciplines, including training, communications, change management, benefits realisation, testing coordination and the development of a sustainable BAU support model.
Working closely with Grade VIII leaders, the post holder will translate strategic direction into practical delivery, while supporting and guiding Grade VI and V colleagues within the team.
This role acts as the bridge between programme leadership, operational services and transformation delivery, ensuring that change is well-planned, measured, adopted and sustained.
Key Responsibilities Business & Transformation Management Act as the central coordination point for business-led Community Care Record transformation activities.
Support Grade VIII leadership with programme planning, dependency management, risks, and delivery oversight.
Ensure transformation activities align with organisational objectives, clinical priorities and operational realities.
Change & Adoption Lead the development and implementation of structured change management approaches.
Ensure stakeholders across community services are engaged, informed and supported through change.
Oversee readiness assessments, go-live impact planning, and post-deployment stabilisation activities.
Training & Capability Development Oversee training needs analysis, training delivery models and learning materials.
Ensure training approaches are role-based, accessible and aligned with service workflows.
Work with Grade VI/V staff to ensure consistent training standards and coverage.
Benefits Management Lead the development and tracking of benefits realisation plans.
Work with operational leads to define measurable benefits linked to care quality, efficiency and staff experience.
Monitor, report and escalate benefits progress and risks to Grade VIII leadership.
Testing & Readiness Coordination Coordinate and assure business-led testing, including UAT and service readiness activities.
Ensure clinical and operational user involvement in testing processes.
Confirm business sign-off for readiness to deploy and transition to BA BAU Support Model Development Lead the design and implementation of an effective post-go-live BAU support model.
Define roles, escalation routes, support processes and handover arrangements.
Ensure accountability is embedded within operational teams for ongoing system use and improvement.
Team Support & Leadership Provide day-to-day direction, coaching and professional support to Grade VI and V staff.
Allocate work, review outputs, and build transformation capability across the team.
Foster a collaborative, supportive and improvement-focused team culture.
Governance, Reporting & Assurance Prepare reports, papers and updates for programme committees and senior stakeholders.
Manage risks, issues and dependencies within the business change remit.
Ensure compliance with organisational governance and assurance frameworks.
Essential Experience Experience in implementing a transformation or change programme or business management experience within health, social care or a complex public-sector environment.
Experience working across multiple change disciplines Experience of supporting or coordinating staff in different grades or roles.
Experience engaging with clinical or operational stakeholders.
Experience working within community or integrated care services.
