Job Description:
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a software engineering team responsible for building and operating product features and functionality related to the user journey from our marketing site through onboarding and activation. This includes self-serve payments and subscription lifecycle management via Stripe (plans, trials, upgrades/downgrades, invoicing), product-led growth and user acquisition initiatives (virality, collaboration, sharing), implementation of pricing and packaging strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role,
* you should have 2-3 years of experience as a software manager or engineer with technical leadership skills.
You also need strong problem-solving abilities,
pattern recognition,
hands-on coding skills,
sound judgment.
Prior experience working at an enterprise level is beneficial.
priority setting techniques such as Kanban boards.
cultural fit like directness,openness ,and willingness to contribute your expertise.
The ideal candidate has worked in agile teams using tools like GitHub,JIRA,AWS etc.. they can see across multiple timelines
Technical Requirements
