You will coach leaders to build high‑performing, healthy teams and ensure consistent, scalable people experience as the company grows. The role combines strategic partnership with hands‑on leadership of key HR processes, including reward, policy development, and organizational effectiveness.This position is offered on a 12-month fixed‑term basis.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop internal communications and lead employee engagement initiatives.Initiate and support a succession planning process.Support performance management evolution in line with best practice standards.Support implementation and rollout of a career framework.Lead the design, review, and governance of competitive, equitable compensation and benefits frameworks.Support Gender Pay reporting and EU PAY Transparency Directive.Monitor and maintain employment law compliance.Develop and maintain HR policies, handbook, contracts and all other compliance related HR materials.Manage and improve employee relations cases including conflict resolution and disciplinary matters.Partner with business leaders to influence and manage organizational changes.Coach leaders to strengthen employee relations capability and ensure consistent policy application.Advance and deliver recognition programs.Manage exit interview process and associated recommendations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.A minimum of 7 years’ professional experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 3 years operating as an HR Business Partner.Strong expertise in at least two of these three areas: Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management with related skills/knowledge of employment law, career frameworks and performance management system models.Demonstrated ability to manage organisational culture initiatives and drive change management programs in a distributed employee environment.Proven project management skills, with a track record of delivering HR initiatives.BenefitsAn exciting and challenging job in a fast-growing company.Significant opportunities to grow international HR experience as the company develops internationally in EMEA & United States.The role provides a high degree of autonomy to allow the successful candidate to reach their full potential.
