The project is unusual – part new build restoration refurbishment fit out.You will work closely with design teams and specialist subcontractors as well as the usual. Duties and Responsibilities
Setting out coordinates from engineers’ drawings, site surveys and as-built drawingsCheck plans, drawings and specifications for accuracyLiaise with clients, team members and sub-contractors as necessaryRegular status reports and updates with Senior ManagementDevelop and maintain professional working relationships with all personnelEnsure all works are carried out to the highest quality standardsHealth and safety consciousMaintaining site records
Key Skills and Attributes
Civil Engineering degree or related disciplinePreferably have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in setting out or as site engineerHighly motivated with excellent communication and organisation skillsProficient in the use of GPS, robotic total station and levelling equipment is preferred and exposure to 3D laser scanning is advantageousWorking knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Excel, Word etc.Willingness to learn new technologies
