Heres how youll bring the K Clubs trailblazing vision to life: To assist with the smooth running of the resort throughout the night with regard to front office, bar and room service To ensure effective communication with other departments in the Resort To transport guests from different areas of the resort To drop staff home and to collect in the morning from the locality To assist with food preparation and food service, including room service at night To assist guests with their luggage To assist guests with any queries they may have To report any maintenance problems to the relevant department To be responsible for the distribution of room status reports and other related reports to all departments To assist in the lockup of the Hotel and to liaise with the security company to ensure the Resort is secure To promote a positive working atmosphere at all times To create night audit reports How we see you: Will have previous experience in a similar role in a Hotel Will possess excellent communication and customer relation skills Will have fluency in English, both oral and written Will have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment Will be flexible in their working hours Full Drivers license is required What's on offer?
