Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Partnership Strategy – Own it, evolve it, and upweight it. Your ideas will fuel our growth across key partners in the Irish & Northern Irish markets.
2. Be the Relationship Rockstar – Build brilliant, strategic partnerships with key contacts.
3. Challenge the Commercial Norm – Analyse. Rethink. Improve. Make sure our commercial model isn’t just fit for purpose but fit for future growth.
4. Get Hands-On with the Data – Cabinet-by-cabinet, partner-by-partner profitability? You’ll know it inside out.
5. Build Brilliant Joint Business Plans – Collaborate with Marketing to create win-win growth plans that get everyone excited.
6. Spot New Opportunities – Whether it's within our existing footprint or somewhere fresh, you’ll be the first to see it and act on it.
7. Demand Planning Extraordinaire – Supported by our team but led by you. Forecasting and performance-driving are your bread and butter.
8. Keep the Engine Running – Work with Logistics and Manufacturing to make sure everything runs smoother than our original glaze.
9. Hit Targets – In our current stores. In our new openings. Basically everywhere we go, you’ll help us win.
Who we’re looking for:
