We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Professional to join our team as a lead advisor. This role will involve supporting operational teams with safety guidance, process development, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
* Support management, site teams, subcontractors, and external partners with health and safety advice.
* Develop and implement safe systems of work, including risk assessments and method statements.
* Carry out regular inspections of sites, workshops, and equipment to ensure compliance and maintain records.
* Lead incident and accident investigations, identifying root causes and developing corrective action plans.
* Deliver engaging safety talks, briefings, and inductions to staff and site workers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* NEBOSH Level 3 Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent).
* At least 5 years' experience in a health and safety role, ideally within construction, engineering, or M&E environments.
* Strong working knowledge of incident management, inspections, audits, and lifting operations.
* Ability to apply practical safety solutions across varied working environments and teams.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead safety initiatives from the front.
