* Design and develop manufacturing processes to achieve quality, cost, and delivery goals.
As a Senior Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding customer technical roadmaps and implementing process development projects. You will lead the full manufacturing process for new customer products, understand and provide feedback on customer technical requirements, develop and implement cost-optimized processes using Design for manufacturability (DFX) tools and processes, and devise process controls and data collection strategies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

* Project Management and Time Management skills
* Experience creating CAPA, FMEA, SOP's, Control Plans and performing validation (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ)
* Ability to effectively communicate manufacturing plans, proposals, results, and negotiate options at management levels
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
* Strong report writing & data analytical capabilities
