Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage with members and prospects via all marketing channels, including events.
Develop strong relationships by understanding member needs and delivering customised solutions that drive renewals and upselling opportunities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system to support seamless onboarding, renewals, and reporting.
Contribute to the delivery of impactful member events and digital experiences.
Identify opportunities to grow revenue through business development and cross-selling initiatives.
Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in sales, business development, or a membership-focused role, with a proven record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Comfortable with proactive outreach and skilled in converting leads into loyal, long-term members.
