Job Description Aramark Property are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Administrator.
This role is key to creating a welcoming environment for visitors and staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and supporting the Building Manager in maintaining high standards across the property.
Job Responsibilities Create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for visitors and staff Engage in regular communications and assist in organizing events within the building Manage all couriers and postal services Handle day-to-day issues promptly and professionally Maintain software platforms such as Traction Guest (electronic visitor contractor sign-in) and client SharePoint sites Provide support to the Building Manager and Facilities Coordinator as required Ensure operational standards align with Aramark Properties service level agreements and client expectations Monitor Health, Safety, and Welfare risks and report concerns to management Keep the Building Manager informed of operational developments Ensure the building fabric is maintained and in good condition Inspect common areas and vacant spaces for leaks or issues and report for remedial repairs Work with the Building Manager and Sustainability Manager to record electricity readings and support sustainability initiatives Qualifications Fluent English Minimum 2–3 years' experience in hospitality or similar environments Strong communication and organizational skills Ambitious, energetic, and motivated individual Positive outlook with strong problem-solving skills Solutions-focused attitude Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Team player with excellent attention to detail
