Responsibilities and Duties Encompass:


* Coordinating daily restaurant operations.
* Overseeing day-to-day financial aspects of the restaurant.
* Ensuring the surpassing of customer expectations.
* Managing stock levels effectively.
* Coordinating employee schedules.
* Ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Monitoring adherence to HACCP and cleaning standards.
* Supervising and nurturing team members.
* Actively promoting the restaurant brand.
* Maintaining regular liaisons with the operations team.
* Coordinating closely with our reservations department.
* Facilitating seamless reservations/events for our key clients.

Key Competencies Include:

* A passion for motivating teams and developing individual staff.
* Demonstrated leadership skills.
* Goal-oriented, with a keen focus on achieving core objectives.
* A customer-centric approach to management.
* Collaboration with the management team to oversee store operations.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and situations simultaneously.
* Profound knowledge of customer service principles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* A knack for creative problem-solving.
* Concise and articulate communication.
* Willingness and aptitude for learning and adapting to our company's standards and procedures.
* Regular communication with the General Manager to ensure seamless shift operations.

Experience & Skills Required:

* A minimum of 1 years' experience at the supervisor level.
* a minimum of 2 years in hospitality.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with the food service industry.
* Computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems and software.
