Your New Role
As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's Integrated Management System (IMS), covering ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety). You'll lead audits, manage non-conformance processes, and provide training and guidance to project teams. You'll also maintain document control systems and help integrate IMS principles into all stages of project delivery, while exploring opportunities for further certifications such as ISO 19650.
What You'll Need to Succeed
-5+ years' experience in a quality assurance/control role in Ireland
-Minimum Level 7 qualification in business or a related field
-Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
-Proven experience leading audits and maintaining certifications
-Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
-Experience in engineering or construction sectors is a strong advantage
-Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) is a plus
-A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and drive change
