They're now looking to hire anExperienced Insurance Agentto join their busy team inNavan. This isnot a call centre environment. You'll be working in-office, Monday to Friday, engaging directly with walk-in customers as well as over the phone. This role offers genuine exposure to how a brokerage operates and the chance to develop your skills across a wide range of insurance products.Day-to-day, you'll:Advise customers on car, home, and commercial vehicle policiesHandle new business quotes, renewals, and MTAsSupport both existing and new clients — in person and by phoneWork closely with a supportive, professional teamWhat we're looking for:At least 1 year's experience in insurance (broker or insurer)Some broking experience is essential — APA qualification is welcome but not requiredConfident in a customer-facing role and happy to work on-site full timeTeam player with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping peopleWhat's on offer:€33,000 – €37,000 salary, depending on experiencePension contribution & 20 days annual leaveFull support with APA exams and CPD (all costs covered)Ongoing training, development, and clear progression opportunitiesA chance to build your career with a trusted brokerage that puts people first Interested?
