Content Quality Reviewer
for their international Operations team. This role plays a key part in protecting platform integrity by ensuring content and advertising meet policy and community standards at scale.

The Role
You'll review content and ads with a focus on the
Thailand market
, applying strong language and cultural understanding to make accurate policy decisions. Your work supports quality measurement, AI oversight, and continuous improvement across global platforms. You'll also share market insights with cross-functional teams to help shape tools, training, and enforcement processes.
What You'll Do
* Review and assess content and advertising against platform policies
* Apply Thailand market and cultural knowledge to complex policy decisions
* Deliver insights to improve quality, accuracy, and platform integrity
* Partner with operations teams to track quality improvements
* Contribute to projects improving review efficiency and effectiveness

What We're Looking For
* Fluency in
Thai and English
(Thailand market knowledge essential)
* Degree or equivalent practical experience
* Experience in trust & safety, content moderation, or platform operations
* Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accuracy environment
* Experience with data, analytics, or dashboards is a plus
