In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:
* Crafting a delectable selection of pastries, desserts, and plated sweets for our restaurant and banqueting menus.
* Maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
* Working collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
* Contributing to the development of new and innovative dessert creations.
* Overseeing the pastry section, including managing stock, maintaining equipment, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Previous experienceas a Pastry Chef in a high-end establishment.
* A strong understanding of pastry techniques and a passion for creating visually stunning and delicious desserts.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
