Job Summary: The Head of School & Sports Travel will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our school & sports travel operations, including Business development, planning, organizing, and managing travel arrangements for sports teams and Schools. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sports and travel, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans for the sports travel division.
* Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for schools, sports teams, athletes, and sports events.
* Negotiate contracts with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.
* Ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations.
* Monitor and analyze travel trends to optimize travel experiences and costs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
* Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise.
Qualifications:.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on sports travel.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in travel management software and tools.
* Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports industry.
