Job Description
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
* Assist with the planning and implementation of appropriate programmes and activities.
* Strive to ensure that young people play an active role in the programmes and activities.
* Communicate effectively and develop a rapport with young people.
* Assist young people to express and realise their goals.
* Perform in the role with safety of young people as a priority.
* Provide support to young people.
* Assist young people in evaluating the impact of programmes and activities on their education and development.
* Undertake other role relevant duties under the direction and guidance of the line manager/role supervisor.
* Participation in Training Events, Staff Meetings and Support and Supervision Sessions.
* Participation in Work Reviews and Meetings.
* Any other duties that may arise in relation to this position.
