Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Care Professional to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover basis.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting young people to reach their full potential, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support young people in building on their strengths, developing life skills, and maintaining positive relationships with families and communities.
* Work closely with colleagues to develop and maintain effective relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
Requirements:
* A degree in Social Care, Social Work, or Psychology (or equivalent).
* Experience working in a residential care setting.
* Flexibility to work a set shift pattern.
* A full, clean driver's licence is highly desirable.
