Your Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver cost management and quantity surveying services from project inception to completion.
* Work closely with senior team members to manage and deliver multiple projects, worth €1m - €50m+.
* Drive performance standards through effective communication and utilize the performance management process.
* Maintain and develop good relationships with clients, promoting the firm's reputation as a provider of professional services.
* Manage and mentor junior staff to deliver our Cost Management service efficiently and effectively.
Key Requirements
* BSc or MSc degree in Quantity Surveying/Cost Management.
* Chartered Quantity Surveying status with RICS, CIOB, or equivalent institution.
* Experience in various project types, sizes, and sectors.
* Understanding of standard forms of contract, such as RIAI and GCCC.
* Prior line-management experience or mentoring.
* Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on procurement, cost, value, and risk.
* Excellent numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills.
