This is a full-time role based onsite at our headquarters in Pembroke Road, Dublin 4. As a Qualified Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, assisting in the preparation of financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial advice and support in decision-making processes. You will report directly into the Financial Controller and Finance Director and work closely with both the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.In this role, You will;Prepare and maintain accurate financial recordsReconcile and balance general ledger accountsAnalyse and interpret financial data to inform management decisions, for example Overhead reportingMonitor and manage bank accounts, ensuring adequate funds are available for operational need and perform Bank account reconciliationsPrepare and submit accurate tax returns and other regulatory requirements for Ireland and Overseas jurisdictions monthlyCollaborate with internal teams to develop and implement financial policies and proceduresAssist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and the statutory annual audit Ad-hoc reportingFor this role you will need;Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field requiredACCA/ACA certification RequiredMinimum 1 year post qualified experience requiredMinimum of 3 years' experience in accounting or finance roleProficient in an ERP software package, such as Oracle or SAPStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
