Team Leader - Store Operations
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Team Leader to join our Store Operations team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and motivate a team of Sales Assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
* Oversee store operations, including merchandising, stock management, and cash handling procedures.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, security, and staff development.
* Conduct regular inspections of the store premises and delegate tasks as necessary to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
* Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail or a related industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to analyze data and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
* Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, stock management, and cash handling procedures.
