We are seeking a Unit Manager to lead the new team across the whole store. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with strong business acumen, ready to take on full responsibility for store operations while leading a multi–skilled team in a dynamic retail environment.
What We Offer

Starting salary: €54,610.36 per annum, based on skills and experience
39 hours per week, 5 days, including evenings and alternate weekends

Leadership responsibility for a team for 2 years or more

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day
Ensure the store operates ethically and complies with internal regulations and external laws related to risk, safety and security, environment, property, facilities and safety
Monitor and analyse staff costs; ensure the unit has the right staffing levels used in the most cost‑efficient way, meeting staff cost budgets and continuously improving staffing resource utilisation
Promote a positive customer experience in the Planning & Order Point by fostering trust and emotional connections between the customer and the brand
Work with the main store to guarantee the Planning & Order Point is locally relevant, using appropriate range presentation and communication
Analyse sales performance of the Planning & Order Point and use findings to create action plans to improve sales
Support co‑workers in becoming skilled and knowledgeable, recognise their contributions and work with them to identify and develop succession plans
