We are seeking an experienced Tooling Engineer to support our fast-paced injection moulding operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting new and existing tooling, driving continuous improvement, and acting as a technical interface between customers, toolmakers, and internal teams.
About the Role
* Support the full lifecycle of injection mould tools from design review and manufacture through to validation and production release.
* Troubleshoot tooling and process-related issues identifying root causes implementing robust corrective actions.
The ideal candidate should be results-oriented with strong numerical information management analytical skills. They must demonstrate resilience problem-solving ability work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Work closely with production quality process engineering teams ensure tools perform reliably in high-volume environment provide technical support to customers participating in technical reviews trials problem resolution meetings drive continuous improvement initiatives related to tooling performance cycle time quality cost maintain accurate tool documentation validation reports change records ensure compliance company procedures health & safety standards.
