Reporting into the CFO, this is a dynamic role where you'll not only keep our financial systems running smoothly, but also help shape the connection between finance, production, and customer success.If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and enjoy seeing your work directly impact company performance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Key ResponsibilitiesThe role supports three key functions:Finance & Accounting OperationsMaintain day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.Support month-end and year-end close, including preparation of journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.Assist in preparing management accounts, cash flow summaries, and variance analysis; and partner with the CFO to identify and implement process improvementsCustomer Success PartnershipWork closely with the Customer Success team to manage the order-to-cash cycle efficiently and transparently.Oversee accurate and timely invoicing, credit control, and resolution of billing discrepancies.Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, monitoring accounts to ensure payment timeliness and escalating any concerns appropriately.Production & Operations LiaisonCollaborate with our Riga Production team to track and reconcile job costs, material usage, and inventory movement.Assist in maintaining accurate costing models and ensure that financial data reflects operational performance.Support inventory and work-in-progress reconciliations between operations and finance systems.What We Are looking forAccounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing, production, or FMCG environment.Strong technical understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation, and financial reporting.Proven proficiency with accounting software (ideally Xero), with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skills — able to translate numbers into clear insights for non-financial colleagues.What We OfferA high-impact role that connects finance to the heart of operations and customer experience.Opportunity to work with leadership and gain cross-functional exposure in a growing business.A collaborative culture that values initiative, continuous learning, and teamwork.Competitive salary package, professional development support, and flexible working arrangements after probation.If you're looking for a hands-on finance role that combines accounting, operations, and customer engagement, we'd love to hear from you.
