The position involves managing the production of AutoCAD & Revit drawings, preparing tender submissions, engaging in business development, mentoring junior team members, and liaising with regulatory bodies.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
* Experience liaising with clients, contractors and design teams
* Ability to independently manage projects with strong technical knowledge
* Proven success in both large and small-scale projects
* Excellent communication and client management skills
