Job Responsibilities
Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will provide HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
Duties Include:
* Leading on all employee relations cases, including investigations for disciplinaries and grievances
* Liaising with managers to facilitate and deliver training
* Manage performance management activities, including conducting performance reviews
* Assisting in rolling out company-wide engagement initiatives
* Monitoring levels of absence management across the organisation
* Organising occupational health appointments and managing long-term sick cases
* Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including conducting interviews when required
* Addressing HR queries raised in the HR inbox, employees and departmental managers
Requirements
To be successful as an HR Advisor, you will require:
* A minimum of 3 years Human Resources experience
* Skilled in leading on employee relations cases, monitoring attendance and conducting performance reviews
* Proficient in implementing engagement initiatives, utilising HRIS Systems and addressing HR queries
* Obtained CIPD Qualification or HR Degree
