Roles and Responsibilities Assist with high-value domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures.
Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts and shareholder agreements.

Job Requirements Qualified Solicitor (Ireland or UK) - NQ - 4 years PQE.
