Part-Time Administrator Accountancy Practice We are a growing accountancy practice looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrator to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks this role is based in This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
Salary: €35,000 pro rata.
Flexible part-time hours Friendly and supportive working environment Opportunity to gain experience within an accountancy practice Key Responsibilities Answering incoming phone calls and handling general enquiries Dealing with incoming queries from clients in a professional manner Following up on outstanding statements Booking and managing client meetings Sending out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation Chasing AML and compliance information Supporting new client onboarding Providing general administrative support to the practice Skills: Previous admin experience (accountancy or professional services experience preferred but not essential) Confident telephone manner and good written communication skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks Comfortable following processes and handling confidential information Good IT skills (email, Word, basic spreadsheets) If you would like to hear more regarding this position, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Leanne Thornton or call Leanne on .
