Job Title: Business Development Accountant

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled Business Development Accountant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional looking to progress their career while gaining valuable experience working with a wide range of multinational clients.

The successful candidate will also benefit from working closely with highly experienced partners and directors, gaining mentorship and exposure to high-level advisory work.

* Managing a portfolio of corporate tax, income tax, and VAT compliance clients
* Supporting consultancy assignments and assisting in the preparation of comprehensive tax reports
* Training, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior staff and newly qualified accountants

Key Requirements:

* Part Qualified ACA/ACCA (ideally near completion)
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar tax role
* Proven track record of coaching or mentoring junior staff
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to delegate, manage, and review team outputs effectively
