We're looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team in a busy hospital for a six week rolling contract role that will start as soon as possible.
This role works on a 35hr week over five set days (7h per day).
We're looking for someone who has: At least 1 years' experience as a Medical Secretary within a busy hospital setting Extremely strong typing skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience managing patient appointments, medical records, and various administrative tasks efficiently.
Immediate availability to start.
Full working authorisation in Ireland.
Duties and Responsibilities Provide strong secretarial support Provide strong typing skills, dictation and copying skills Maintain high record keeping and patient confidentiality Clerical duties include file management and follow up Manage patient referrals Manage all aspects of scheduling including inter-team cooperation and rescheduling management Use and manage internal systems and integration of any new systems If you're a detail-oriented, patient-focused professional who thrives in a busy hospital setting with strong typing skills, we'd love to hear from you!
