Job Description
As a Senior Programme Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of a residential facility supporting young people with complex needs. Strong leadership skills and an understanding of quality standards, safeguarding, and governance are essential for managing the centre.
* Provide strategic direction, governance, and oversight within the designated facility.
* Ensure up-to-date policies, protocols, and risk management systems are in place.
* Coordinate centre communications, notifications, audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions.
* Implement high-quality assurance systems and continuously enhance them.
