Rhythm Careers is representing a Dublin-based architectural practice recognised for its design excellence and technical strength across healthcare, civic, cultural, and education projects. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to Ireland’s ambitious design and construction projects within a collaborative team environment.
The successful candidate will work within a technical team to develop detailed technical drawings and specifications in Revit and support projects from early concept through to on-site delivery. You’ll liaise closely with architects, clients, and consultants to ensure projects meet high standards of buildability, compliance, and design quality. The role requires strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage the technical aspects of complex projects within a structured design process.
Responsibilities
* Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications in Revit.
* Support projects from early concept through to on-site delivery.
* Liaise with architects, clients, and consultants to ensure buildability, compliance, and design quality.
* Contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts in a collaborative studio environment.
About You / Qualifications
* Degree in Architectural Technology or a related qualification.
* Registered, or working towards registration, as an Architectural Technologist.
* Proficiency in Revit is essential.
* Good understanding of Irish building regulations, technical standards, and construction methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
* Interest in producing high-quality, buildable architecture.
What’s on offer / Benefits
* Flexible working hours between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm, by agreement.
* Hybrid working — typically four days in the office and one day working from home, depending on project needs.
* 22 days’ holiday (subject to public holidays and additional office closures).
* Pension scheme with a 3% employer contribution (matched by the employee).
