We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) efforts on a large-scale Pharmaceutical Construction project in Co. Dublin.

The EHS Lead will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all personnel working on or visiting the site, as well as promoting compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include:
">
* Actively promote compliance with the Construction Safety & Health Plan and Environmental Management plans
* Complete a minimum of five SOR's and three SPA audits each week
* Participate in weekly Safety/Co-ordination meetings
* Ensure work is coordinated with the commissioning team during the turnover phase
* Monitor the day-to-day site activities of contractors to ensure they complete their contracts in terms of safety, quality, schedule, cost and documentation
* Carry out daily inspections of the works to ensure the required standards are achieved
* Keep the CM & QA/QC manager informed on all quality matters
* Advise QA/QC manager of any potential deviations from the IFC documentation and ensure that only approved changes are implemented

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A degree educated or very strong trades' background in H&S
* At least 10 years' experience in the Construction Sector on live sites
* Significant supervision experience
* Mission Critical or Life Science projects essential
