Salary: €30,000‑€45,000
What will you be doing?
Manage end‑to‑end air export shipments from booking through to departure
Arrange bookings with airlines and co‑loaders
Prepare and issue export documentation including MAWB, HAWB, manifests, and invoices
Ensure all shipments comply with IATA, customs, and security regulations
Coordinate cargo handling, acceptance, and uplift schedules
Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving issues
Monitor shipments and maintain accurate system updates and tracking
Liaise with global DSV offices, airlines, and service providers
Support smooth handovers to international teams across time zones
Verify supplier invoices and ensure accurate customer billing
About You
Experience in air freight forwarding, ideally exports
Solid understanding of air export operations and IATA regulations
Knowledge of customs procedures and export documentation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with freight systems (CargoWise is an advantage)
Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
A proactive mindset and strong team spirit
