Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with a leading complex care rehabilitation facility in the West of Ireland, is seeking an experienced and motivated
Assistant Director of Nursing
(ADON) to join their dedicated Neurorehabilitation Unit.
This organisation is the West of Ireland's foremost accredited rehabilitation service, delivering specialist programmes for adults with physical or cognitive disabilities following accident, illness or injury.
The MDT team includes Psychology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Therapy Assistants, Nurses and Healthcare Assistants—all committed to delivering excellence in person-centred neurorehabilitation.
As ADON, you will take on a key clinical leadership role in shaping and advancing neurorehabilitation pathways that support patient recovery, independence and quality of life.
Working closely with the MDT, you will drive high standards of care, promote continuous improvement, and contribute to the strategic development of this specialist service.
This fulltime, permanent role offers an exciting opportunity for a nursing professional with a passion for brain injury rehabilitation and a commitment to leading clinical excellence.
Key Requirements
Registered in the General Nurse Division with NMBI (and any relevant divisions).
A minimum of 5 years post-registration experience, plus at least 3 years' experience at CNM2 level or equivalent, ideally in an acute or similar environment.
Level 9 postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Management, Nursing Leadership or similar (desirable).
Certified Brain Injury Specialist qualification (desirable).
Strong background in Quality Management and Nursing Development (essential).
Proven clinical expertise with exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
