Financial Reporting Specialist Job Description
As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports. You will work closely with our global accounting team to prepare financial statements, reconcile accounts, and facilitate the month-end close process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of general ledger accounts and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
* Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
* Collaborate with our transaction processing group to ensure seamless data flow.
* Prepare and review financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
* Interact with internal and external auditors to provide information and support.
Requirements:
* Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Business degree or diploma with accounting as a major subject
* Previous experience in a shared service centre
* SAP user-level experience
