Join us a Leadership & Talent Manager Direct the design and delivery of leadership and talent development solutions that build effective, capable leaders ready to manage in an Agile organisation. What else it involves Define and deliver development strategy and pathways. Oversee the work of the team in Leadership and Talent. Drive succession planning and high-potential development initiatives. Coach senior leaders and enable leadership effectiveness. Partner with business leaders on talent acceleration strategies. Align leadership development with the organisation's future needs. The skills we're looking for Strong experience in leadership development and executive coaching. Strategic talent management and succession planning expertise. Excellent facilitation and coaching skills. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders. Strong understanding of Agile leadership behaviours. What Success Looks Like Management capability and confidence is increasing. Succession pipelines are strong and diverse. Leadership behaviours support Agile ways of working. Leaders are developing their teams effectively.
