Executive Chef or Senior Culinary Director Opportunity
Our organization is seeking a seasoned and accomplished Sous Chef or Senior CDP to lead our kitchen team in Waterford.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, ensuring seamless execution of menu offerings.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development, introducing innovative ideas and methodologies to drive culinary excellence.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with the garden team to optimize ingredient utilization and minimize waste throughout the seasons.
* Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
* Assume leadership responsibilities when the Head Chef is unavailable.
Requirements:
* A minimum of two years of experience at Sous Chef / Senior CDP or above level from a reputable 4-star / 5-star hotel or restaurant establishment.
