Hotel Cleaning Manager Position
About the Role:
The Accommodation Supervisor is a critical role responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in the hotel. This includes leading and managing the housekeeping team, following health and safety rules, and working with the Maintenance department to keep the hotel looking its best.
This position requires a high level of organizational skill to ensure that all rooms and public areas meet the hotel's high standards. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills to lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Quality Control: Ensure that all rooms and public areas meet the hotel's high standards.
* Team Management: Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional results.
* Maintenance Coordination: Work with the Maintenance department to ensure that any issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an Accommodation Department at a supervisory level, good organizational skills, and good communication skills. A willingness to help in other departments if needed is also essential.
