Overview
A leading full-service commercial law firm in Dublin is seeking an experienced
Employment Associate
to join its highly regarded Employment team. The firm has a long-established reputation for excellence and innovation and offers an ambitious, collaborative culture where hard work and adaptability are recognised and rewarded.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with high-profile public and private sector clients across a wide variety of sectors, collaborating closely with Corporate and Commercial teams on cutting-edge projects.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
 * Advising employers on all aspects of the employment relationship, from recruitment through to termination.
 * Advising on risk management, corporate transactions, and transfer of undertakings.
 * Representing clients before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, and Civil Courts.
 * Providing day-to-day HR support on disciplinary processes, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, pension issues, and statutory entitlements.
 * Advising on public sector-specific employment law matters.
The Candidate
 * 1 plus years' PQE
 in employment law gained in private practice and/or in-house.
 * Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with energy, enthusiasm, and motivation.
 * Proven ability to manage files, work independently, and engage directly with clients.
 * Keen interest in business development and building long-term client relationships.
