Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clerical Officer to provide exceptional administrative support to our client.
* Supporting the Senior Executive in all administrative needs
* Preparing and processing various HR forms
* Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Verifying and recording Invoices for Utility Bills, Agency, Storage, Cleaning, and Printer Invoices
* Processing orders for Janitorial items and Oil requests
* General Administration duties, including filing, typing, data input, photocopying, and scanning
* Minute taking as required
* Handling queries by phone, email, and post
* Following up on queries with stakeholders
* Attending tender viewings and committee meetings
* Assigning tasks as required by the Staff Officer or Senior Executive Officer
* Scheduling clinics and appointments
* Processing claim forms and issuing Primary Medical Certs
* Maintaining accurate records and databases
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Previous experience within the relevant sector
* Strong typing skills and attention to detail
* Excellent organisational, communication, and presentational skills
* Prioritisation and deadline management
