Job Title
Key Responsibilities:
* Ownership of commercial and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle
* Liaising with clients commercial and contract teams
* Managing procurement processes, including subcontractor packages
* Conducting cost and risk analysis
* Reviewing critical incoming correspondence and initiating appropriate contractual responses
* Overseeing the commercial performance of subcontractors
* Producing accurate cost, margin, and cash flow reports
* Managing project change order procedures and negotiating costs
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying, experience working in Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying roles, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
