We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Assistant Manager to lead the crew and assist the General Manager in daily operations. You'll support your team, and make sure every customer walks away with a smile.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Running daily operations
* Building, training, and inspiring your team
* Ensuring top-notch customer service every time
* Upholding our food safety and quality standards
* Driving sales and hitting KPIs
* Troubleshooting issues and keeping everything running smoothly
* Managing stock, wastage and deliveries
* Creating a positive, fun, and focused work environment
What We're Looking For:
* 1 years' experience leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality or retail environment
* Motivated, organised, and ready to take ownership
* Great communicator and natural problem-solver
* Results-driven with a passion for people and great food
* Calm under pressure and cool with multitasking
* Ready to climb the ladder and progress
* A natural leader who is inspiring, consistent and fair
* Willingness to learn; we will ensure you receive super thorough training
