We are seeking professionals with successful tenures in Hospitality, demonstrated by promotions, career progression, or long-term roles, to join us as Recruitment Consultants or Business Developers.

* Great opportunity to transition from hospitality
* Basic salary + unlimited commission (average total compensation Year 1 is €45k+, and €66k+ in Year 2)

What We Look For
* 1-5 years of proven success in hospitality, like Floor Supervisor, Floor Manager, Receptionist, Guest Services, or similar roles (long tenures, promotions, career progression…)
* Confident communicator comfortable with high call volumes and fast-paced environments
* Proactive, ambitious, and ready to build a long-term career in a structured corporate setting

* Both roles are sales-focused, involving engagement with clients and candidates to drive business growth. We provide full training and support, ensuring you can excel regardless of your previous experience.
* Career progression is completely merit-based - your growth is driven by results and skill, not tenure or office politics. Average performers typically advance every six months, while top performers move even faster.
* Rian came from hospitality, moving from Assistant Manager of a restaurant, to Recruitment. This happened exactly 3 years and 2 months ago, and he's now a manager, leading his own team of recruiters. One of his highlights was achieving 3 promotions in just 11 months.
