Customer Success Manager Role
We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team.
Our team provides expertise in growth and performance marketing, driving business success with strategic insights and advanced technology.
We operate on a pay-per-lead model with no monthly fees, powering customer acquisition—rewards only, no risks.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the entire customer journey from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
* Develop strong relationships with paid media professionals, performance marketers, and agency leaders.
* Lead onboarding, platform training, and enablement on products and policies.
* Act as a performance marketing consultant, offering best practices across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
* Bonus if experienced in Gaming, Casino, or Gambling verticals.
* Identify growth opportunities, lead upsell/expansion discussions, and collaborate with sales on renewals.
* Represent the voice of the customer internally, working with Product, Sales, and Compliance teams to enhance offerings.
* Monitor account health and campaign performance proactively, resolving issues early.
* Drive adoption, usage, and satisfaction by delivering tailored strategies aligned with customer goals.
* Maintain clear, regular communication with customers and internal teams.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years experience in customer success, client services, or account management within digital advertising, SaaS, or agency environments.
* Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and/or TikTok Ads; certifications are a plus.
* Commercial mindset with a proven record of influencing retention, upsell, or expansion revenue.
* Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Empathy and curiosity to understand and help customers' businesses succeed.
* Fluent English required; additional languages are a bonus.
* Experience with regulated or high-risk verticals (e.g., gaming, crypto, gambling) is a plus.
* Willingness to travel occasionally to meet customers or attend events.
