Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dublin for a Retail Assistant. The Retail Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining a welcoming store environment, managing product displays, and actively participating in the sales process. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, processing transactions, stocking shelves, and supporting the team to meet sales goals.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Effective Communication skills to clearly interact with customers and team members.
* Retail Sales and Sales expertise to actively contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Previous experience in a retail environment is a plus but not required.
